Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their investment objectives and needs.
• Conduct market analysis and provide strategic advice on investment properties.
• Prepare and present investment reports and market analyses to clients.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, preferably in investment sales or advisory services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and investment trends.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools.

Skills

• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in real estate software and databases.

Pay

The base salary/hourly range for this role is $28.00– $30.00 per hour. Actual pay will be determined by factors such as education, experience, and job-related skills relevant to the role.
