What You'll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades and manufacturing positions
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to support hiring needs across multiple facilities
- Deliver a positive candidate experience while managing multiple requisitions

- CNC Machinists & CNC Machine Operators
- Production Manufacturing Technicians
- Materials Coordinators
- Setup Machinists
- Traffic Logistics Coordinators
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, skilled trades, industrial, or production environments
- Ability to work onsite in Sauk Rapids and Osakis, MN, with occasional travel to nearby facilities
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
