Join Kelly as a Full-time Recruiter today! Kelly® is seeking a Recruiter to work on-site in our Boston, MA office. Employment Type: Full-Time; Monday – Friday (8:00am-5:00pm) Annual Pay: $51,000 - $65,000 (Compensation may vary based on experience and geographic location)
Responsibilities
- Arranging and managing the full life cycle of recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets.
- Aiming to attract, source, and screen passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly's applicant tracking system (Bullhorn).
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and ensuring the assessment and selection process is consistent, fair, and equitable.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting in an industrial/warehouse capacity.
