About the role
Laminar is a woman-founded startup focused on transforming factory operations through automation, data intelligence, and sustainability. We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our team and help scale our rapidly growing organization.
Responsibilities
- Own the full talent lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
- Generate high-volume, high-impact recruiting pipelines for technical and business roles
- Build and maintain recruiting marketing, partnerships, and employer brand initiatives
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with Laminar’s ambition and culture
- Build a high-talent dense team by partnering with hiring managers to define roles, set standards, and move quickly
- Support leadership in making strong hiring decisions and handle tough calls when necessary
- Contribute to the onboarding and employee experience by supporting People Ops systems and contributing to compensation design and incentive strategies
Requirements
You must have 4+ years of recruiting experience, including technical roles, in fast-paced, high-growth environments. You are passionate about building exceptional teams and are comfortable managing high volumes without compromising quality, culture, or experience.
Qualifications
- Experience with HRIS tools
- HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Exposure to compensation, org design, or performance management systems
Skills
You should be able to manage high volume without lowering the bar, be both systems-minded and execution-driven, and be comfortable pushing hiring managers and influencing decisions. You should also care deeply about candidate and employee experience.
