Key Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
- Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn and niche professional networks
- Conduct screening and interviews to assess qualifications and role fit
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategy
- Drive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking within ATS systems
- Support both permanent and temporary hiring needs as assigned
What to Look For
- 3+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience
- Experience using professional networking platforms, including niche sourcing channels
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, passive candidate outreach)
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, recruitment marketing tools, and Excel
- Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Working knowledge of employment law and OFCCP compliance guidelines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Focus
- Emphasis on corporate recruiting experience across business functions (marketing, merch, finance, accounting)
- Highlight direct experience with high-volume requisition management in a fast-paced environment
- Strengthen focus on EVP storytelling, candidate engagement, and relationship building with hiring managers
- Confirm ATS platforms used and depth of sourcing experience (Boolean, niche sourcing, passive pipelines)
- Reinforce offer negotiation experience and ability to influence hiring decisions when applicable
- Ensure alignment to remote recruiting environment and stakeholder collaboration across distributed teams
