Accountabilities
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Review applications and resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and document relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
- Cook up interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate information, requisition data, and recruitment activity records within applicant tracking systems.
- Create and publish job postings across career pages and external recruitment platforms.
- Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process and respond to inquiries promptly.
- Cook up reference checks, pre-employment requirements, and transition activities for new hires.
- Support offer preparation and facilitate effective handoff to onboarding teams.
- Monitor recruiting metrics, provide hiring updates, and maintain visibility into pipeline progress.
- Handle confidential candidate information with professionalism and discretion.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment coordination.
- Experience sourcing technical roles preferred.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing techniques, or similar recruiting tools is a plus.
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical positions is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
- Customer-service mindset focused on delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
