Accountabilities

  • Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Review applications and resumes to evaluate candidate qualifications against role requirements.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and document relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
  • Cook up interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate information, requisition data, and recruitment activity records within applicant tracking systems.
  • Create and publish job postings across career pages and external recruitment platforms.
  • Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the hiring process and respond to inquiries promptly.
  • Cook up reference checks, pre-employment requirements, and transition activities for new hires.
  • Support offer preparation and facilitate effective handoff to onboarding teams.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics, provide hiring updates, and maintain visibility into pipeline progress.
  • Handle confidential candidate information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent professional experience required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1-5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or recruitment coordination.
  • Experience sourcing technical roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean sourcing techniques, or similar recruiting tools is a plus.
  • Experience recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, or technical positions is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
  • Customer-service mindset focused on delivering a positive candidate experience.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
