About the role
As a Recruiter at JDK, you will partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand their staffing needs and execute tailored talent acquisition strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational growth. You are the champion of our employer brand, responsible for attracting diverse, innovative talent and delivering an inclusive, top-tier candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the company and divisional leadership to support the organization’s HR talent strategy (talent acquisition, retention, development, and succession planning).
- Promotes the company’s community and online presence, to include employer branding.
- Maintains the HRIS pertaining to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Oversees and maintains recruiting and onboarding accounts, software, and contracts.
- Maintains up-to-date and current knowledge of compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Attend and participate in local job and career fairs and events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
- Professional certification required within 18 months of hire (SHRM, HCI, or similar).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficient technical skills (e.g., Rippling, Microsoft 365, Teams), effective communication, and strong organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a proven ability to progressively solve problems and model integrity.
- Ability to handle sensitive information, communicate with all levels of management, adhere to strict deadlines, attention to detail/accuracy, and solid analytical skills are required.

$55,000–$67,500 based on experience, with bonus eligibility.
