Recruiter
What You Will Be Doing
- Serves as a representative for company activities related to the recruitment and hiring of job applicants for our W2 and 1099 staffing needs
- Works closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods, and develop/revise job postings, recruitment strategies, and competencies
- Maintains active job postings both sponsored and on the company website
- Participates in networking events and online platforms to maximize employer branding
- Proactively seeks opportunities to implement innovative and creative methods to help drive an exceptional candidate experience and a more advanced and efficient recruitment process
- Travels within the geographic operating footprint of the company to attend recruiting events including job fairs, community events, and other venues likely to result in positive recruiting outcomes
- Determines the appropriateness of candidates through conversation via in-person or virtual engagement
- Communicates with local leadership, onboarding specialists and/or HR leadership about potential candidates
- Utilizes social media networks and employee referrals to build out the candidate pipeline
- Performs other comparable and related duties, as assigned
What You Need
- Minimum of 3 years of Recruiting experience preferred
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support our talent acquisition team on a contract basis. This assignment is expected to last approximately six (6) months, with the potential for extension based on business needs.
