What You’ll Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
- Source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screens and interviews candidates to evaluate technical qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
- Present qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Coverage and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Coordinate interviews and prepare and extend employment offers while assisting with negotiations and candidate acceptance
- Career and maintain accurate recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
- Maintain recruiting metrics, hiring progress, and requisition status
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and candidate experience
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Experience recruiting technical, engineering, construction, industrial, manufacturing, or skilled-trades professionals
- Experience filling “hard to fill” roles
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Experience recruiting Commissioning Engineers, QA/QC professionals, inspectors, field engineers, project managers, or other technical professionals
- Familiarity with background checks, onboarding, and pre-employment processes
- Experience recruiting for travel-based or project-driven positions
