Starting Salary: $42,000 + Commission (Uncapped Earning Potential)
Job Summary
Join a fast-paced healthcare staffing team where you’ll manage both recruiting and client relationships on a full 360 desk. In this role, you will connect healthcare professionals with meaningful work while partnering directly with clients to support their staffing needs. This position is ideal for individuals with customer service, sales, hospitality, retail, or relationship-focused experience who enjoy working with people, solving problems, and achieving performance goals. No prior staffing experience required — training provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Recruiting Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and engage healthcare professionals for contract and per diem opportunities.
- Match candidate skills, preferences, and availability with open job orders.
- Conduct onboarding conversations and guide candidates through readiness for assignment.
- Maintain regular communication: Weekly outreach with non-working professionals, Daily communication with active workers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support client demand.
- Client Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Conduct regular outreach calls to assess satisfaction and identify staffing needs.
- Follow up on candidate submittals to drive feedback and successful placements.
- Support client growth through relationship building and service expansion.
- Partner with leadership to identify new opportunities within the market.
- Daily Operations
- Manage open job orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Enter and track orders while coordinating with internal support teams.
- Review and resolve timecard exceptions to support accurate payroll processing.
- Aid with client concerns and workforce escalations when needed.
- Monitor performance metrics and reporting dashboards to manage desk success.
Qualifications
- Customer service, sales, recruiting, retail, hospitality, or account management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working toward goals, metrics, and commission incentives.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn new technology.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience welcomed.
