About The Role
The role owns full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical business units, executing sourcing strategies that attract high-caliber talent in a competitive market. Operating in a remote environment, the recruiter will act as a strategic talent partner, guiding candidates from initial outreach through to successful onboarding. This position is critical to driving organizational growth by establishing consistent hiring pipelines and maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine evaluation rubrics, and leverage modern ATS data to optimize the overall recruiting funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, assessing, and closing candidates across multiple departments
- Partner with department heads to draft job descriptions, align on compensation benchmarks, and design structured interview loops
- Succeed in passive sourcing using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and specialized talent communities to build diverse talent pipelines
- Facilitate regular pipeline reviews with hiring managers, sharing actionable metrics on time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and funnel conversion
- Cook up candidate schedules, manage offers, conduct reference checks, and ensure a seamless handoff to the HR onboarding team
- Utilize and maintain accurate applicant tracking system data within platforms such as Greenhouse or Ashby to drive operational efficiency
What We Are Looking For
- 3-6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a fast-growing technology company or structured agency environment
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical, product, or high-volume business roles in a remote environment
- Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, modern ATS platforms, and candidate sourcing tools
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex compensation structures including equity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience recruiting in the Web3, Fintech, or AI sectors, or familiarity with Ashby ATS
