About The Role

The role drives talent acquisition strategy and execution for expanding product, engineering, and business operations teams. This position owns the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, serving as a trusted advisor to hiring managers as they scale their respective departments in a competitive high-growth landscape. Operating from the New York office in a hybrid capacity, this role focuses on building diverse, highly technical pipelines. The team emphasizes clean data practices, sophisticated candidate experience, and structured interview loops that reduce bias and identify top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for 8-12 concurrent technical and business roles, covering everything from initial sourcing to negotiation and close.
  • Partner directly with department heads to draft job descriptions, calibrate profile requirements, and design structured, objective assessment loops.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and niche communities to engage passive talent.
  • Maintain high ATS data integrity in Greenhouse, tracking funnel metrics to identify pipeline bottlenecks and optimize time-to-hire.
  • Facilitate regular pipeline review meetings with leadership, providing data-driven recommendations on sourcing strategies and market compensation trends.
  • Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience through proactive communication, transparent feedback, and efficient scheduling coordination.

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in-house at a fast-growing technology company.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing complex technical roles, including software engineers, product managers, and data scientists.
  • Expert-level proficiency with modern applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse or Ashby) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong metrics-driven approach to recruiting, with experience analyzing conversion rates and presenting funnel health to leadership.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a deep understanding of equity models and competitive compensation structures.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Bonus: Experience recruiting within the FinTech or high-growth SaaS sectors in the NYC market.
