About the role

This role involves regular travel throughout Ohio, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Illinois, and Missouri during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Meet with your team to brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract candidates
• Use creative thinking and marketing skills to enhance our job postings, social media, and community outreach
• Utilize interview techniques to identify suitable candidates for open positions
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 forms to facilitate employment

Requirements

• Recruiting and staffing experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple customers daily
• Experience assessing, delegating, and providing follow-up on customer requests and internal team tasks
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English

Qualifications

• Passion for making a difference in the community
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
