Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruiting process for early career roles, including candidate screening, interviewing, and offer support
- Manage candidate experience and logistics, including interview scheduling, communication, and providing a smooth, engaging process from start to finish
- Partner with hiring teams to align on role needs, support intake meetings, and help guide hiring decisions
- Schedule and facilitate interviews for the hiring managers and coordinate with local HR resources, as appropriate
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, campus recruiting, higher ed or talent acquisition
- Experience managing multiple candidates or requisitions simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling tools
