What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
Post roles and manage pipelines across LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates.
Coordinate hiring manager interviews.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
Share insights, feedback, and hiring data to improve recruitment strategy.
Support offer development, negotiations, and handoff to onboarding.
Maintain accurate ATS records.
Collaborate with Marketing on employer branding initiatives.
What You Bring:
- A high school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment and ATS experience.
Strong interview, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and ATS/HRIS tools.
Experience recruiting in Canada and/or Australia is an asset.
Experience with ADP is also an asset.
Priority will be given to candidates with aviation experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred.
7+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment and ATS experience.
