About the Role
This position is for a Technical Recruiter who will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience, strong Boolean search and keystring building skills, and a high level of tech-savviness.
Responsibilities
- Find and source potential candidates through various channels
- Conduct phone screens and build strong candidate pipelines
- Use AI tools and ATS systems to enhance the recruitment process
- Meet monthly hiring targets and track progress through metrics such as number of calls, screenings, email outreach, and types of tech roles
- Work independently and quickly learn new technologies and processes
- Be highly motivated, hardworking, and genuinely excited about active sourcing and recruiting
Requirements
- Minimum 1 to 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Strong Boolean search and keystring building skills
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools and ATS systems
- Ability to work 100% onsite in the designated local market
Qualifications
- Must include metrics – 4 hires per month, how many calls, screenings, emails reached out, type of tech roles etc

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is between $35.00/hr and $50.00/hr. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
Schedule
The duration of this position is 12 + Months with the possibility of extension or conversion.
