What You Will Do
- Hire new ICs to services City Wide's janitorial and non-janitorial service accounts.
- Manage all IC recruiting activities - online postings, e-mail advertising, direct mail advertising, and social media activities to ensure a consistent flow of new Independent Contractors candidates.
- Conduct the initial vetting/screening of all prospective Independent Contractors in a virtual setting.
- Enter and maintain Independent Contractors' records in CRM.
- Set up Operations team with potential independent contractors to ensure they meet the requirements and qualifications for scope of work at City Wide.
Requirements
- A high school diploma.
- Prior recruiting, or similar experience, highly desired.
- A self-starter with attention to detail and follow-up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Working knowledge of Customer Relation Management (CRM).
- Proficient with using social media to promote/recruit new business or independent contractors.
