What You'll Do
- Source, recruit, and onboard CDL-certified drivers and independent contractors.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified driving candidates.
- Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process while ensuring a positive experience.
- Screen applicants, verify qualifications, and coordinate required documentation.
- Partner with operations to meet hiring goals and keep trucks moving.
What We're Looking For
- Previous recruiting experience in the trucking, transportation, or logistics industry.
- Experience recruiting both CDL drivers and owner-operators/independent contractors.
- Strong sourcing skills using job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, driver qualification requirements, and onboarding processes.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
