About the Role

The Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and deliver a positive, professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities, and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels to build diverse and qualified talent pipelines.
  • Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely communication and a smooth interview process.
  • Collect, organize, and share interview feedback from stakeholders to support informed hiring decisions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data integrity.
  • Support the offer process, including preparing offer details and communicating with candidates as needed.
  • Assist with background check coordination and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Support onboarding activities to help ensure a seamless transition from candidate to new hire.

Essential Skills

  • 1–3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with recruiting and talent acquisition practices, including candidate assessment and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and major job boards for candidate sourcing.
  • Ability to adapt to changing hiring priorities and business needs.
  • Attention to detail in maintaining candidate records and documentation.
  • Comfort conducting phone and virtual interviews using common communication platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and attracting talent.

Work Environment

This is an on-site role working Monday through Friday on an 8-hour shift between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The position operates in a professional office environment, collaborating closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders. Work is performed primarily using applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, email, and virtual meeting platforms, with a focus on timely communication and efficient coordination throughout the recruitment process.

This is a Contract position based out of Bridgeport, WV 26330.

Pay & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $37.00/hr.
