Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles, including engineers, skilled trades, and manufacturing professionals
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, hiring strategies, and realistic timelines
- Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles
- Screens resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and experience
- Collaborate with hiring managers to drive efficient and effective decision-making
- Coordinate and facilitate the interview process, including scheduling and stakeholder alignment
- Manage offer development, negotiation, and closing strategies
- Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity metrics, etc.) and provide insights to stakeholders
- Stay informed about manufacturing and engineering labor market trends, competitor practices, and compensation benchmarks
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3–7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments
- Proven ability to recruit for roles such as: Mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineers, Production supervisors and plant managers, Maintenance technicians and skilled trades
- Strong sourcing skills, including experience with passive candidate outreach
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics
About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to support hiring across our manufacturing and engineering teams. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from intake and sourcing to offer acceptance and onboarding—while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top technical talent. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of manufacturing and/or engineering roles, along with a proactive, relationship-focused recruiting approach.

This is a Contract position based out of Mukwonago, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
