A Recruiter Trainee Program Overview

The Recruiter Trainee Program is a comprehensive training initiative aimed at developing the foundational skills necessary for a recruiter, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and placing candidates. Trainees gain hands-on experience under the guidance of experienced leaders and current team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed.

New recruits are classified as non-exempt employees during the training period, which typically lasts 13 weeks. During this time, they are compensated at an hourly rate of $24.29, with the possibility of overtime hours at the discretion of leadership.

Upon successful completion of the training program, trainees are promoted to the Recruiter 1 role, becoming exempt employees with a salary of $60,000 and the potential for uncapped commission earnings.
