A Recruiter Trainee Program Overview
The Recruiter Trainee Program is a comprehensive training initiative aimed at developing essential recruiter skills such as sourcing, screening, selecting, and placing candidates. Trainees work under the guidance of experienced leaders and team members, gaining the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to succeed.
Compensation and Promotion
Trainees are compensated at an hourly rate of $23.28 during the training period (typically 13 weeks). Upon successful completion, they are promoted to the Recruiter 1 role, becoming an exempt employee with a salary of $70,304 and potential uncapped commission earnings.
A Day in the Life
- Manage a diverse workload in four key areas: Recruiting, Operations, Reporting, and Meetings
- Collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shared phone coverage and rapid response expectations
- Prioritize high-value roles and maintain strong candidate pipelines
- Leverage multiple recruitment technologies to source, engage, and cold-call prospective candidates
- Support incoming calls from Healthcare Professionals, School-Based Professionals, and clients, ensuring timely and accurate assistance
- Review and navigate the full onboarding workflow while developing deep familiarity with Amergis requirements and processes
