Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified candidates through various sourcing methods and channels
- Conduct interviews with prospective employees to assess qualifications and cultural fit
- Perform comprehensive reference checks on potential hires
- Extend employment offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as appropriate
- Cook up new employee orientation programs
- Facilitate exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback
- Process all employee status changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
- Maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment and employment lifecycle
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Knowledge of commonly-used human resources concepts, practices, and procedures
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area of specialty
