About the role
Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Contract Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of open positions (30+ requisitions at a time), primarily within engineering and technical functions
- Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand role requirements and align on candidate profiles
- Sources and engages qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruiting channels
- Conducts candidate screenings and coordinates interviews throughout the hiring process
- Presents qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner
- Maintains consistent communication with candidates to ensure engagement during longer hiring cycles
- Tracks candidate activity and pipeline progress using ATS and internal tracking tools
- Supports offer process as needed, including coordination and documentation
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience required
- Experience supporting technical recruiting within industries such as oil & gas, utilities, power & generation, renewable energy, or energy services required
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms
- Ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and hiring teams
- Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven approach

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (onsite)
