Job Description: Our client is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support high-volume hiring. This position combines full-cycle recruiting execution with strategic partnership to help teams meet hiring goals in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruiting for roles from intake through offer stagePartner with hiring leaders to define job requirements and recruiting strategiesSource, screen, and evaluate candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and outreachMaintain accurate candidate activity within ATS and HR systemsProvide hiring insights and market feedback to stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams on interview scheduling and onboarding steps Qualifications: 1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experienceAbility to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment; agency experience preferredStrong stakeholder communication skills up to the Director levelBachelor’s degree strongly preferredFamiliarity with ATS, HR systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boardsKnowledge of employment and labor law basics and hiring best practices Perks: Hybrid ScheduleModern/innovative office environmentExposure to enterprise recruiting tools and hiring strategyOpportunity to support large-scale hiring initiatives and build valuable experience
