Partner closely with business leaders to understand staffing priorities, advise on recruiting best practices, and help build strong talent pipelines. LOCATION Onsite role in Ann Arbor Michigan, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT This recruiter will help fulfill current staffing needs while also building pipelines for future hiring demand. The role will serve as a key partner to business leaders, helping educate and guide them on recruiting process, tools, market data, and best practices. This person will manage critical recruiting activity including sourcing, interview coordination, offer process support, and candidate communication. Maintaining clean, accurate data in the applicant tracking system will be essential to keeping the recruiting process organized and visible. A strong candidate experience will be a major focus, ensuring candidates stay informed, engaged, and supported throughout the process. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS 2+ years of professional recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-volume environment. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience. Experience managing recruiting processes from intake through offer, including candidate sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer support. Strong ability to partner with hiring leaders, provide market insight, and maintain professionalism in an ambiguous or fast-moving setting. Workday or similar ATS experience is helpful, with transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or related industry experience considered a plus. Open
