Serves as a key recruiting partner
Serves as a key recruiting partner responsible for helping the organization attract and hire talent to support continued growth.
Owns full-cycle recruiting processes across a variety of functions and levels throughout the organization.
Builds proactive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and helps identify strong talent for current and future hiring needs.
Partners directly with hiring managers to manage searches, evaluate candidates, coordinate interviews, and keep hiring processes moving efficiently.
Helps create a positive and organized candidate experience from initial outreach through offer and onboarding.
Supports important recruiting systems, documentation, compliance requirements, and administrative processes.
Plays an important role in new-hire integration and helping employees successfully transition into the organization.
The Background That Fits
- 1-3+ years of experience in corporate or agency recruiting with a genuine interest in continuing to grow within talent acquisition.
- Hands-on full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, resume review, initial candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Proven ability to proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
- Comfortable recruiting across multiple functions and managing a variety of searches simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to balance recruiting responsibilities and administrative processes.
- Experience working within an applicant tracking system and the ability to quickly learn new recruiting and HR technology.
- Proactive, self-directed professional who can independently manage priorities while collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR leadership.
