The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a 6-month contract that may be converted to full-time depending on business needs and the successful candidate. This role provides proactive, front-line recruiting support while collaborating with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Engage candidates who actively apply
- Source passive candidates
- Screen applicants based on provided criteria
- Coordinate interviews (in person and virtual)
- Collect feedback from interviewers
- Coordinate next steps with HR Business Partner
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive recruiting experience
Skills
- Experience with SuccessFactors, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office applications will be considered an asset
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
