About the role

Provides recreational therapy services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements therapeutic activities based on individual client needs.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Evaluates client progress and adjusts treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintains accurate records of client sessions and progress.

Requirements

• Current license to practice as a Recreational Therapist in California.
• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
• Knowledge of therapeutic recreation principles and techniques.
