VMSSolution is seeking a Recreational Therapist to join their client's team in Represa, CA.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement therapeutic recreational programs
- Assess and document client progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and evaluations
- Adapt activities to meet individual needs
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies
Requirements
- Current California license as a Recreational Therapist
- Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Knowledge of therapeutic recreation principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
