OTHR$24.42–$29.33/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe combine Required and Preferred), Benefits, Pay (if present). Also maybe "Additional Information" not needed. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We have: Responsibilities: a long paragraph with bullet-like sentences. We need to convert to
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The responsibilities are a series of sentences separated by periods; we can treat each sentence as a list item. However we need to preserve all substantive info. Could also keep as

    but rule: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert responsibilities to list items. Similarly, Requirements: we have "Required Bachelor’s degree...", "2 yrs in a social or recreational program...", "A minimum of one year working with the frail or elderly", "Preferred Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) certification". These are requirements. We'll list them. Benefits: The paragraph about InnovAge dedication etc is more description; then later "Our extensive benefits package includes medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D, supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays." Also later "InnovAge offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company match, short and long-term disability, life insurance, supplemental life insurance, ADD, flexible spending account, paid time off and company paid holidays." We need to preserve all substantive info; we can combine into a list. Pay: "Posted Pay Range $24.42 - $29.33" plus "Compensation Disclaimer The pay may vary depending on job related factors..." We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. It does state a range. So we include Pay section with that info. Should we include the disclaimer? It's part of pay info; we can include as a

maybe. We must not include headings for sections that have only filler. We'll include Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include application instructions, boilerplate, EEO, legal, etc. So we need to strip out the EEO paragraph, the "Applicants are considered until the position is filled." maybe that's boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's application instruction? It's about timing; maybe we can drop as it's not substantive? The instruction says remove application instructions. "Applicants are considered until the position is filled." is an application instruction; drop. Also "Additional Information" etc. Also "Compensation Disclaimer" maybe part of Pay; we can keep as part of Pay. Also "Attention Florida Applicants" etc is specific requirement; maybe we should keep as part of Requirements? It's a condition for Florida applicants; it's substantive. Should we include? It's about background screening. It's a requirement for Florida applicants. Could be included in Requirements as a note. But it's also somewhat location-specific. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep it. Where to place? Could be under Requirements as a list item. Similarly "Agency Disclaimer", "Fraud Disclaimer" are legal boilerplate; remove. Thus final HTML:

We need to ensure no extra sections like "Additional Information". Also we removed EEO etc. Check for any duplicated content: we have duplicated interdisciplinary team participation sentence appears twice in responsibilities; we kept both as separate list items (they are identical). That's okay; we preserve all info. Check for any boilerplate left: we removed "InnovAge is dedicated to empowering seniors..." that's benefits description but we kept benefits list; we removed the descriptive paragraph about InnovAge mission etc. That's okay because it's not a list of benefits; but is it substantive? It's about mission; maybe we should keep as a

      under Benefits? The rule: Use

for prose. The benefits section should contain substantive info; we could include a brief description plus list. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It didn't forbid prose. We could include a short paragraph describing the benefits philosophy then list. However the instruction says "Use

      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose." So we can have a

        then a

. The mission statement is not a benefit but could be considered part of Benefits section? It's more about company culture. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO/legal; it's about company dedication. It's substantive? Possibly we should keep it as a

under Benefits before the list. However the instruction says "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". This is not those. It's a mission statement; could be kept. But we need to decide. Similarly we removed the first paragraph about InnovAge dedication etc. That is also mission. Might be considered substantive but not required. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." If we add a paragraph, it's still substantive. I'd keep it as a

under Benefits before the list. Also we have "InnovAge offers an alternative to nursing homes through its Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE)..." That's also description; could be kept as part of Benefits? Might be considered company overview. Could be kept as a

under Benefits. But we need to avoid too many thin sections. Adding a paragraph is fine. Thus Benefits section:

          Benefits

InnovAge is dedicated to empowering seniors to live independently, allowing them to age in their own homes and communities safely. InnovAge offers an alternative to nursing homes through its Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), which provides enrolled seniors with customized healthcare and social support at PACE Adult Day Health Centers. These centers are staffed by medical professionals who are committed to creating personalized care plans for each participant.

            ...list...
We also need to ensure we didn't include the line "When you join InnovAge, you'll work alongside talented, respectful, and passionate colleagues within a patient-centered care model." That's also part of the mission; we could include it in the paragraph as well. Might be beneficial to keep all descriptive sentences before the list. Let's capture all sentences from the Benefits paragraph before the list: The original text after "Benefits" heading: "InnovAge is dedicated to empowering seniors to live independently, allowing them to age in their own homes and communities safely. At InnovAge, our team members are our greatest asset and have a significant impact on the lives of our participants every day. When you join InnovAge, you'll work alongside talented, respectful, and passionate colleagues within a patient-centered care model. InnovAge is committed to equal opportunity and affirmative action, and we strive to create a diverse and inclusive workplace. We consider all qualified candidates for employment without discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, pregnancy, or any other protected status. Salaries are determined by various factors such as qualifications, experience, and location, and do not include potential bonuses or benefits. Our extensive benefits package includes medical/dental/vision insurance, short and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D, supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) savings, paid time off, and company-paid holidays." We need to remove EEO and salary determination lines (they are boilerplate or duplicate). Also remove "Salaries are determined..." as it's about pay but we have Pay section; but it's also somewhat redundant. We could keep it? It's about salaries; but we already have Pay section. Might be considered duplicate; but we can drop as it's not adding new info beyond Pay range. The instruction: remove duplicated lines. So we drop that sentence. Thus we keep the first few sentences up to "Our extensive benefits package includes..." then we list benefits. Thus Benefits paragraph: combine
