Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Recreational Therapy/Therapeutic Recreation.
- Certification: National Certification (CTRS) or ability to test within 6 months.
- Experience: At least one (1) year working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, with a solid understanding of high-intensity behavioral supports.
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record, is essential.
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, stand, and lift up to 70 pounds. Ability to execute physical intervention techniques with agility.

Multiple Locations throughout Northern Virginia
Schedule
Monday-Friday Varies (some weekend hours as needed with flex day options!)
Pay
Hourly Compensation: $25
