Recreation Leader I - Ticket Seller (Ballpark)

About the role

Goodyear Ballpark is looking for Ticket Sellers to join our team for the upcoming Spring Training season! A Ticket Seller provides excellent customer service while administering the sales and distribution of game tickets in person and by phone at Goodyear Ballpark.

Responsibilities

• Balancing cash and credit card receipts and tickets at the beginning and end of each shift
• Providing information regarding pricing, availability, and seating locations throughout the ballpark
• Troubleshooting customer mobile ticket issues

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and attentive to customers and details
• Able to work in a fast‑paced environment
• General knowledge of smartphones and digital ticketing preferred
• Possess the six core competencies: Integrity, Initiative, Empathy, Optimism, Innovation, Adaptability
