Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and manage patients with acute and chronic wounds
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and their families on wound care techniques and prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to care plans as needed
• Provide high-quality, compassionate care in a clinical setting

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license (required)
• Experience in wound care preferred
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Physical Demands

• Standing/Walking: Able to be on feet standing or walking for 10 hours per day.
• Lifting: Able to lift 60-70 lbs on an occasional basis.
• Movement: Able to bend, stoop, squat, and twist numerous times a day.
• Vision & Hearing: Able to see and hear adequately to respond to auditory and visual requests.
• Communication: Able to speak in a clear, concise voice to communicate with patients, including those who may be hearing impaired.
• Motor Skills: Able to carry out fine motor skills and demonstrate manual dexterity.

Pay

• LPN: Wage ranging from $27.50-$33/hr – based on employment status (full time with benefits or PRN without benefits)
• RN: Wage ranging from $38-$40/hr – based on employment status (full time with benefits or PRN without benefits)

Schedule

4-10hr shifts per week.
