Recreation Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assisting with engaging group and one-on-one activities
• Helping develop new and innovative programming
• Supporting community outings and special events
• Encouraging resident participation and social engagement
• Helping expand evening and weekend programming to better meet resident needs
• Collaborating with all departments to create a vibrant, resident-centered environment

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care, recreation, education, childcare, hospitality, event planning, fitness, music, or customer service is a plus
