Responsibilities
- Lead group and independent activities for the resident population.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to plan and lead groups
- Able to multi-task and plan for individual needs
Qualifications
- Experience within a skilled nursing environment or working with elderly population (nice to have)
- Experience in Activity programming (nice to have)
- Experience with dementia care or Long-term care (nice to have)
