SUMMARY OF POSITION
Join the I-CRT team as a full-time Recovery Specialist supporting adults with co-occurring substance use and mental health needs in a structured, 24/7 residential recovery environment. We are currently hiring for multiple full-time Recovery Specialist positions across first, second, and third shifts.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Assists clients with daily living activities and tracks, monitors and documents client behaviors and interactions.
- Affords assistance in planning therapeutic recreation for groups, and may lead individual and group activities with clients.
- Completes day-to-day program tasks, monitors clients and the program facility to ensure safety and compliance with program guidelines.
- Serves as the point of contact by providing coverage of the front desk, reception area, and phone systems.
- Provides administrative and program support for the staff and residents.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods.
Qualifications
- Education Level: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in psychology, social work, or related field is preferred.
- Years Of Experience: Experience working with the criminal justice system and the Department of Child Services preferred.
Schedule Availability
- First Shift: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM (Saturday - Tuesday)
- Second Shift: 11:00 AM–9:00 PM (Thursday - Sunday)
- Third Shift: 9:00 PM–7:00 AM (Thursday–Sunday)

Pay Range
$15.75--$22.00
