The Recovery Specialist- (Co-Ed CSS) plays a crucial role in supporting individuals in recovery from substance use disorders. This position involves providing clinical services, conducting assessments, and implementing treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Conducting individual and group therapy sessions
- Assessing client needs and progress
- Implementing evidence-based treatment plans
- Maintaining client confidentiality and records
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Current licensure/certification as a mental health professional
- Experience working with individuals in recovery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of addiction treatment models
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for helping others recover
