Position Purpose

Directly supervise residents. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal, and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of addictions treatment services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Familiar with 12-steps highly desirable
  • Skilled in adult behavioral management techniques
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Able to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required
  • Able to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Agency insurance requirements
  • Must have your own transportation

Job Responsibilities

  • Work hours prescribed and any additional hours-deemed necessary for the responsibilities assigned.
  • Overtime may be required.
  • Serve as a member of the Rosecrance Team and participate in all team meetings and activities.
  • Exercise confidentiality in keeping with the professional Code of Conduct and within the framework of the law.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently to every customer.
  • Assume other related responsibilities as delegated by management.

Schedule

Part-time (24 hour work week) 2nd Shift: Wednesday, Friday & Saturdays; 3:30pm - midnight (12:00am)

Pay (based on education, experience, and credentials)

  • HS/GED - $20.64 per hour
  • Associate’s - $21.69 per hour
  • Bachelor’s - $22.68 per hour
  • Professional Certification (e.g., CADC, CRSS, or CPS): +$0.72/hour (equivalent of +$1,500 annualized)
