Apply Online:[Recovery Counselor ](https://mtbh.bamboohr.com/careers/179){target="_blank" rel="noopener" link-type="url"} OR Send Cover Letter And Resume To Ryan Pickett Clinical Director of Recovery Services Mark Twain Behavioral Health 146 Communications Drive Hannibal, MO 63401 **Role Responsibilities** Provide treatment services to Consumers and maintain clincial record according to standards Conduct Consumer screening, intake and orientation Complete comprehensive substance use assessment and clinical reviews Maintain assigned caseload with a schedule for sessions and engage with consumers at frequency indicated by their current level of care Make referrals to appropriate agencies to meet Consumer and/or family needs Participate in interdisciplinary team planning to discuss pertinent clinical and management issues Provide individual treatment, group treatment, aftercare services, and other services as assigned by the Clinical Director or Program Director When asked and trained, provide clinical supervision for MAACD I/II applicants Adherence to the MTBH Ethical Code of Conduct and all policies is required. **Qualifications** Recognized as a Qualified Substance Abuse Professional or Recognized Substance Abuse Professional by the Missouri Credentialing Board Two (2) years of responsible professional experience in the treatment of alcohol and drug abuse Maintain qualified status
