The Recovery Coach (Entry-Level Mental Health Aide) plays a crucial role in the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with individuals served, providing rehabilitation groups under supervision, and assisting in crisis intervention. This position is part of a larger team dedicated to supporting clients on their recovery journeys.
Job Duties

Qualifications
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- A compassionate mindset toward those who are in recovery

About the Campus
San Luis Obispo will be the home of our new Healing Center, serving the county through our Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF). This new addition to the Crestwood Family will be a 16-bed campus situated in the beautiful and historic city of SLO.
