About the role

RAMAR – Men’s Residential is seeking a dedicated Treatment Intake – Becoming a Client to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in client intake and be passionate about helping individuals on their journey to recovery.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming new clients and guiding them through the initial assessment process
• Processing insurance claims and coordinating with healthcare providers
• Assisting with paperwork and administrative tasks related to client admissions
• Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (healthcare, social work, etc.)
• At least 1 year of experience in client services or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (for some positions)

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of addiction treatment principles and practices
