About the role
The Records & Digital Compliance Officer oversees public records workflows, digital form development, accessibility compliance, records retention, and security management for the 605Drive system. This role ensures transparency, regulatory alignment, operational efficiency, and protection of sensitive information across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage, track, and fulfill open records requests in accordance with state laws and organizational policies.
- Develop and maintain secure, efficient, and user-friendly online form solutions.
- Ensure digital and printed publications meet ADA/WCAG accessibility standards.
- Implement and monitor record retention schedules and manage secure archival processes.
- Serve as the security manager for the 605Drive system, overseeing user access, security controls, and compliance.
