Reconstruction Estimator

Responsibilities

• Produce complete, accurate estimates and scopes in Xactimate, supporting supplements
• Ensure a clean handoff to production for efficient project execution
• Conduct site inspections, moisture/condition observations, measurements, and photos
• Create detailed Xactimate estimates and scope narratives
• Identify missing scope items early and reduce re-work
• Manage supplements with proper documentation
• Cookordination with production on sequence, trade needs, and timelines
• Communicate updates to customers and insurance stakeholders
• Maintain organized job files and estimating notes

Requirements

• Xactimate proficiency
• Estimating experience (restoration/construction)
• Professional communication + strong follow-through
• Valid driver’s license
• IICRC certifications
• Program work experience (TPA/carrier managed)
• DocuSketch or Matterport familiarity

Pay
