About the role
As a member of the Reconstruction Sales Team, the Associate Sales Representative will work with the team within an assigned territory and hospital accounts. Responsibilities include assisting in the scheduling of operative cases, securing inventory for those cases, observing, and consulting the surgical team on Smith Nephew instrumentation and implants, and completing logistical requirements associated with those cases.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of professional sales experience
- Valid driver’s license applicable to current residence
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in the Orthopaedic Joint Reconstruction portfolio through structured training and assessments
- Positive relationships with surgeons, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), hospital staff, and co-workers
- Effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed quota
- Team-oriented, highly attentive to detail, and flexible to work untraditional hours
- Self-motivated salesperson committed to driving the business forward
- Passionate about forming relationships to increase sales revenue within the territory and impact patient outcomes
- Resourceful consultant who becomes proficient in joint reconstruction
- First-class technical support to ensure product availability meets customer and patient needs
- Collaboration with Smith+Nephew Reconstruction and Sports Medicine counterparts in the region to discover sales opportunities
