Responsibilities

• Develop and implement new pharmacy automation systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and test new medication dispensing workflows
• Provide technical support and training to end-users
• Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback for system improvements
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy informatics or related field
• Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and clinical workflows
• Experience with pharmacy automation systems and software development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of pharmacy regulations and standards
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience with database management systems (SQL)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
