Reclectic Store Manager

Location: 615 Ernest West Barrett Parkway, Cobb, Georgia, 30144, United States.

Reclectic is opening a new location in Kennesaw, GA and is seeking a Store Manager. As a founding member of the store, you will shape the brand experience and operations, creating an engaging environment for customers while fostering continual team development and a culture of excellence, creativity, collaboration, innovation, and trust.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience
  • Emulate global URBN values and act as a local representative of the Reclectic brand.
  • Partner with the Leadership Team to balance engaging visuals with productive use of space.
  • Lead and support the team to elevate store experience through efficient operations, merchandising, and presentation.
  • Cultivate a welcoming, inclusive environment for an exceptional customer experience.
  • Interpret and escalate customer feedback and team insights to improve experience and operations.
  • Engage the community by networking with local businesses and organizations for collaboration opportunities.
• Leadership & Team Management
  • Exhibit critical thinking, maintain a solutions‑based mindset, and navigate fluid situations.
  • Approach business challenges tactically and collaborate with partners for timely resolution.
  • Promote an inclusive environment by amplifying all voices and applying inclusive hiring practices.
  • Provide timely, specific employee feedback to foster a culture of action and accountability.
  • Facilitate thorough onboarding, equitable development paths, and focus on employee engagement.
  • Inspire teams through empowerment, creativity, empathy, and shared fate, tailoring communication to individuals.
• Visual & Business Operations
  • Assess business and product sell‑through to identify successes and opportunities; lead the team in strategic, creative decisions.
  • Oversee and collaborate with partners to execute store processes, prioritize shipments, and optimize product flow.
  • Maintain a well‑organized, clean, and presentable building; champion timely escalation of facilities/maintenance issues.
  • Uphold effective scheduling practices, ensure payroll accuracy, and comply with local labor legislation.
  • Collaborate on daily operating procedures, assess staff scheduling and payroll compliance.
  • Interpret Home Office direction to impact store structure, presentation, and productivity to drive sales.
  • Initiate conversations with Home Office leadership for continuous operational improvement.
  • Adhere to safety standards, inventory accuracy, loss reduction, and all company policies to support profitability.

Qualifications

• Passion for the Reclectic brand and concept.
• Entrepreneurial spirit.
• 5+ years of store leadership experience, with high‑volume ($7M+) responsibility.
• Proven record of hiring and developing great talent.
• Strong understanding of merchant processes and their business impact.
• Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Pay

USD $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year.
