About The Role We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our growing team as Recess Educators. Recess Educator This role focuses on supervising and engaging students during recess hours. It's perfect for someone who enjoys working with children, leading games and activities, and creating a safe, active, and positive environment for elementary school students. In this role, you will: Supervise students during recess and outdoor playEnsure student safety and well-being at all timesLead engaging games and recreational activitiesEncourage teamwork, inclusion, and positive social interactionsSupport students in resolving minor conflicts respectfullyHelp maintain a structured and enjoyable recess environmentMonitor attendance and communicate any concerns to school staffPrepare and organize activity equipment and materialsKeep play areas organized, clean, and safe Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM, starting in August. Hourly Pay Rate: $30/hour Requirements 18+ years of ageAbility and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training prior to the start date.
