About the role

Avantara Long Grove, a top-tier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Long Grove, Illinois, is searching for a Receptionist for Weekends only to join their friendly, caring and supportive team. The facility has earned the Gold Seal of Approval® Certification from The Joint Commission for Post-Acute Care and Nursing Care and has been named one of America's Best Nursing Homes for 2024 by Newsweek.

Responsibilities

• Provide office/clerical support to the facilities team
• Greet all facility guests
• Direct calls and guests to the appropriate party
• Receive, sort, and forward incoming mail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
• Must speak fluent English

Preferences

• Prior experience as a Receptionist and/or one (1) year of experience in a customer service role is preferable, but the facility is willing to invest in the right candidate

Pay & Schedule

• Weekends only: Saturday and Sundays, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm
• $17.00 per hour
