About the role

Receptionist - Weekends at Crossley House Care Home, 885 Thornton Road, Fairweather Green, Bradford BD8 0HH. CQC rating: Good; Carehome.co.uk rating: 9.9/10. Permanent part‑time position working Saturdays and Sundays, 10 am–3 pm. At Bupa we support those when they need it most, delivering person‑centred care and helping residents live their best lives.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home
• Take responsibility for managing new enquiries
• Provide advice and support both face to face and over the phone
• Conduct show‑arounds within the care home
• Support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paperwork and filing
• Deal with enquiries in a timely manner and ensure daily and weekly tasks are completed

Key Skills / Qualifications

• Previous receptionist experience with excellent customer service
• Friendly manner both face to face and over the phone
• Approachable and organised, able to build strong relationships with residents, families and internal teams
• Dedicated and efficient, capable of handling a varied workload
• Caring attitude that underpins everything you do

Pay

£12.75 – £13.75 per hour, depending on experience.
